From Kotor Gulf to the East lays high rocky seacoast Lustica and Grbalj. Nor far from Trsteno bay and Jaz bay the landscape becomes lower, rocks alternates with numerous bays, either big and small, where cosy sandy beaches are situated.
Budva Riviera is the centre of Montenegrin beach tourism. It is that very place, where the largest number of sea and sun amateurs comes. Unfortunately, this fact results in rather high prices – staying at resorts of Budva Riviera in July and August can have unfavourable effect to you family budget. But there is still May, June, September – when the sea is worm enough, sun isn't so cruel and sunburn is more natural…
Budva Riviera is about 35 km long, and 12.5 km of this are the sandy beaches. The most known are Mogren, Slovenska, Becici, Kraljicina (Royal), Petrovac.
This part of littoral is connected to the Central region by two motorways: to Podgorica – from Budva through Cetinje and from Petrovac through the Skadar Lake. This is very comfortable for making excursions from Riviera to the centre of the country.
